Sadly, at 64yrs old and in ill health my touring days are over, and I need my beloved Honda cb1300 to go to a good home.
She is the SC40, 2002 model (the last of the models with finned engines… the next year they changed to an ugly slab-sided engine) and has been lovingly looked after… oil changes every 3,000 kms… a nice looking paint job… adjustable front shocks and adjustable genuine Showa (original) rear shocks… alarm with 2 key fobs (in case you lose one!)… Brand new Michelin rear tyre (brand new front tyre less than 6 months ago)… new expensive battery… racing cdi unit which backs-up the original cdi, so fully de-restricted engine… she has been clocked at 240kms/hr with some twisting still left. She pulls like a train, handles well, and is a joy to ride whether long or short distances. A truly classic big bike, with everything working as it should. Has NEVER had a problem. All registered and legal.
