ULU stands for Universal Love and Understanding and our passion is to spread health and wellness around the world! Since 2014, we have led over 150 Teacher Trainings and created over 1000 new instructors in Thailand, Bali and Online. All of our teacher training instructors have between 10-40 years experience and lead YTT courses and retreats all around the world. ULU Yoga strives to be creative and unique while still honouring the sacred wisdom of traditional yoga as a means to peace and happiness. Experience a dynamic mix of traditional hatha and graceful vinyasa flow plus popular trends like aerial, acro and SUP Yoga. Enjoy either a gorgeous private beach and ocean view yoga shala in Thailand, or be surrounded by the lush green landscapes of Bali. We also offer ONLINE Yoga Teacher Training for those unable to travel. Our YTT courses focus on how to practice correctly and teach safely in a variety of styles. Additionally we explore deeper possibilities with creative workshops and inspiring activities that nurture self-discovery and healing. ULU Yoga helps you build the strength and confidence to become a strong and knowledgeable lead instructor.
